3 Easy-and-Yummy Brazilian Coffee Recipes

Whether in the office, at home, on the road or on vacations, there is no time to enjoy a good coffee! And by GOOD coffee, we mean GOOD coffee!

We can drink black coffee, sweetened or not, with or without dairy products... and sometimes mixed with alcoolised liqueur and it's... COFFEE-LICIOUS!

One of our favorite mixed/alcoolised coffee is the Brazilian one.
Perfect as a dessert or to start your day the wild way.. uh... the right way, here’s our TOP 3 quick and easy recipes that can be done in less than 5 minutes, which gives 4 cups, that you can share with your 3 friends (or drink alone!!!), in less than 2 minutes!

 

Altitude 737 Brazilian Coffee Recipe

Altitude 737 is a lounge/bar on top of the Place Ville-Marie's building in Montreal (Quebec, Canada) and they've been making them for over 30 years and they are great... or simply the better!

INGREDIENTS
4 oz brandy
2 cups of hot coffee
4 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur

DIRECTIONS
Mix Kahlua and brandy into glass, add hot coffee, top with whipped cream if desired. Carefully float 1/2oz of Grand Marnier onto top of creation and enjoy... and maybe take another one... or three! *

Recipe: Altitude 737 in Montreal

Brazilian Coffee Cocktail



READY IN: 5 minutes
SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS
1 cup chilled espresso
1/2 cup rum or cachaca
1/2 sweetened condensed milk
Ice
Cinnamon stick (optionnal)

DIRECTIONS
Combine the espresso, the liquor and the condensed milk in a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. If you feel wild, add a bit of whipped cream on the top! You are now ready to conquer the World!

Hot Brazilian Coffee

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS
4  cups  hot cocoa
1 1⁄2 cups  strong coffee
1  cup rum or 1 cup brandy
1⁄2 cup  heavy cream whipped with 1 teaspoon sugar

Cinnamon powder or cocoa powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Heat the chocolate, coffee and brandy or rum together. Fold in sweetened whipped cream or place a spoonful on top of each serving. If desired, dust top with cinnamon, or cocoa... and add a piece of black chocolate to feel wilder! Roar!
