3 Perfect Valentine's Day Cocktails

Whether your Valentine’s Day plans include hosting a party with the girls or the guys, or enjoying a quiet night in with that special someone, you’ll certainly make an impression by serving one of these cocktails, courtesy of our friends at Ketel One. (These all pair well with chocolate, of course.)

1. Love and Forever

• 1 oz Ketel Oranje vodka
• ½oz Crème de Cassis
• 1 oz cream
• ¼ oz simple syrup

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Shake
3. Strain into a martini glass
4. Garnish with a raspberry and chocolate shavings.

2. Rose Garden

• 1½ oz Ketel One vodka
• ½ oz Pom juice
• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Soda water

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Shake
3. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass
4. Top with soda water
5. Garnish with a mint leaf and rose water

3. Kiss Of Love

• 1 oz Ketel Citroen
• ½ oz Lillet Rosé
• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
• ¼ oz simple syrup
• Sparkling wine

1. Combine all ingredients
2. Shake
3. Strain into a Champagne flute
4. Top with sparkling wine
5. Garnish with a strawberry
