1 1/2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec (Cointreau is recommended)
1 ounce lime juice (fresh)
Garnish: lime wedge

1 cup silver tequila
1/2 cup Cointreau or triple sec
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (or frozen lime concentrate)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
Watermelon slices for garnish (optional)

1. Create a simple syrup by whisking together the sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
2. Heat the mixture in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once the sugar has completely dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.
3. Add the simple syrup into the blender with the frozen watermelon. Blend until smooth.
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until the consistency of a slush.

2. If desired, wet the rim of a chilled margarita glass with Apple Pucker and rim the glass with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
